Install the Praevidens app in your Shopify store, connect Google Analytics 4 and Meta Ads with one click each, and add your SMTP settings so offers go out from your own domain. Your order history imports automatically; you'll see real data within an hour or two.
Never. The system surfaces candidates and generates drafts. Nothing is sent until you click 'Send' on an individual offer or 'Approve all' on a batch. You're always in control.
Your store data is kept in a database hosted in London (United Kingdom) and processed on servers in Helsinki (Finland). Everything is computed inside your own account; nothing is pooled across stores. To write a personal offer, the AI receives the customer's first and last name; email addresses are pseudonymized before analysis. The full list of sub-processors is in our Privacy Policy.
Shopify is supported today. WooCommerce adapter and CSV import are on the near-term roadmap. Custom platform adapters are available as an enterprise add-on. The platform was designed multi-platform from the start — Shopify is the first connector, not the product’s identity.
Klaviyo is an email tool. Praevidens is a retention intelligence platform with email as one of its outputs. Klaviyo doesn't know that customer 12345 buys your moisturizer every 42 days, doesn't predict their next reorder window, doesn't generate a personalized offer with reasoning, and doesn't record how each customer answered your last offer. Praevidens does all of that — then hands the result to your email delivery (which can still be Klaviyo if you prefer).
No. Praevidens reads from your existing GA4, Search Console, and Meta Ads accounts via OAuth. Nothing changes in those tools — we add a layer on top that finally makes them agree with each other.
Each plan has two monthly limits: AI analyses (Starter 20, Business 100, Scale 500) and offer emails (500, 2,000 and 6,000). Viewing, filtering and exporting data don't count. Limits reset with each billing period.
Yes. Installed from the Shopify App Store, every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with 5 AI analyses and 25 offer emails. You choose a plan before the trial starts and can cancel before it ends without being charged.
Yes, with no contracts. If you installed Praevidens from Shopify, change or cancel your plan in your Shopify admin — charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Other stores and agencies cancel by email to hello@praevidens.ai, and the subscription stops at the end of the billing period. Your data can be exported or deleted any time through the data request form.
