Never. The system surfaces candidates and generates drafts. Nothing is sent until you click 'Send' on an individual offer or 'Approve all' on a batch. You're always in control.

Customer data stays in Supabase (PostgreSQL, EU data center). Memory Graph is stored separately in Turso (AWS EU-West-1). When we send data to Claude for analysis, customer emails are pseudonymized to SHA256 hashes — the AI never sees real PII. Anthropic does not use our requests for model training.

Shopify is supported today. WooCommerce adapter and CSV import are on the near-term roadmap. Custom platform adapters are available as an enterprise add-on. The platform was designed multi-platform from the start — Shopify is the first connector, not the product’s identity.

Klaviyo is an email tool. Praevidens is a retention intelligence platform with email as one of its outputs. Klaviyo doesn't know that customer 12345 buys your moisturizer every 42 days, doesn't predict their next reorder window, doesn't generate a personalized offer with reasoning, and doesn't learn from outcomes between sessions. Praevidens does all of that — then hands the result to your email delivery (which can still be Klaviyo if you prefer).

No. Praevidens reads from your existing GA4, Search Console, and Meta Ads accounts via OAuth. Nothing changes in those tools — we add a layer on top that finally makes them agree with each other.

Each AI analysis or offer generation counts as 1 unit. Starter: 20 per month. Business: 100. Scale: 500. Simple dashboard interactions (viewing data, filtering, exporting) are unlimited. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.
